The objective of Runbow potential talent training is to build up leaders in China logistics, and the high growth of Runbow requires talent people. We believe that the talent development is aligned with coaching them in-house potentials. That’s why Runbow launched its Potential Talent Training.
　　The training program covers management topics, such as data analysis, English, Project management, and communication.
