Runbow’s company’s culture is summarized in professionalism and search for pleasure. First of all is to work professionally. This is an attitude to care about the details, to excel for the quality; Happy is the spirit to look for work satisfaction, to share the joy of success. People who get the pleasure from the work have more chance to keep the passion, to innovate, and to search for excellence.
In 2008 at the moment of world crisis, we added into our culture “Perseverance and Entrepreneurship”, to encourage all the staff to stick to the dream, not to give up easily; to keep the high motivation to go forward, and forward!

To survive in the market, we need to add value to customer’s supply chain; we need the professionalism to achieve the value creation. It’s easy to provide a good service once, or twice, but to provide a constantly high level service, we need the perseverance, conviction and courage.
